Our 12th retreat

More Than a Retreat

Over the years, our retreats have become something very special to us.

What began as a gathering around yoga and meditation has grown into a community of people who return, retreat after retreat, bringing friends, partners, and family members along.

This winter, we come together for our 12th retreat, welcoming people from the north to the south of Israel, many of whom have been sharing this journey with us since the very beginning.

There is something deeply meaningful about meeting again, practicing together, sharing meals, conversations, laughter, and silence.

Our retreats have a warm, familiar atmosphere. People of different ages and backgrounds come together, whether they are experienced Kundalini Yoga practitioners or have never practiced yoga before.

You can come alone, with your partner, or with someone close to you. There is no need for previous experience, only a willingness to participate and be part of the experience.

The Warmth of Being is our invitation to spend three days together in the desert, nourishing both our inner connection and our relationships with others.

Through yoga, meditation, contemplation, and shared experiences, we create opportunities to listen more deeply to ourselves and to one another.

Practice · Community · Personal time

The Experience

Our retreats are built around a balance of practice, community, and personal time. Throughout these three days, we will share:

  • Kundalini Yoga and meditation
  • Restorative Yoga
  • Teachings and guided reflection
  • Early morning practices
  • Contemplative walks in the desert
  • Kirtan — devotional singing together
  • Sound healing with Liliana and Marco
  • An evening gathering around the fire
  • Silence, rest, and personal contemplation
  • Freshly prepared vegetarian meals
  • A closing Gong Bath

The practices are accessible to people with different levels of experience. Each participant is encouraged to respect their own rhythm and physical possibilities.

There is time to be together and time to be alone.

Near Shaharut

A Place to Slow Down

Our retreat takes place in a distinctive desert home near Shaharut, surrounded by open landscapes, natural stone, gardens, and quiet spaces.

The architecture, warm interiors, and simplicity of the surroundings create an intimate atmosphere for our time together.

In January, the desert offers a particular kind of beauty: cool mornings, spacious skies, and the warmth of coming together indoors.

Food and Nourishment

Food is an integral part of our retreats.

We share freshly prepared vegetarian meals inspired by Mediterranean and Ayurvedic principles, with an emphasis on seasonal ingredients, warmth, simplicity, and nourishment.

Our meals include cooked vegetables, grains, legumes, fresh herbs, soups, and carefully prepared accompaniments.

The table is one of the places where our community naturally comes together. Preparing, serving, and enjoying food become part of the shared experience.

Tea, fruit, and light refreshments will be available throughout the retreat.

Please inform us in advance of any dietary restrictions or food allergies.

An Invitation

What remains with us after a retreat is not always a particular practice or teaching.

Often, it is a conversation, a shared silence, a moment of recognition, or the simple experience of being welcomed as we are.

Over twelve retreats, we have seen how these encounters create relationships that continue long after everyone returns home.

This winter, we invite you to join us once again.

To practice, rest, reconnect, and experience the warmth of being.
